Paul Wheeler

Managing Partner

Paul is one of the three founding partners of MediaCom North (established in 1996), and has worked in the media industry for over 20 years.  Prior to setting up MediaCom North, he was Managing Director at CIA Media Solutions.  He has extensive experience across financial services, brand and retail clients, and beyond his client responsibilities, heads up much of MediaCom North's strategic planning.  As Managing Partner he is heavily involved in the day-to-day management of the agency, and acts as our main liaison with MediaCom UK.

Declan McKenna

Managing Partner

Declan is one of the three founders of Mediacom North establishing the company in 1996. He has 25 years experience in Media buying specialising in Outdoor and National & Regional press. In addition to help managing the companies continual growth he account directs some of the agencies key clients including Injury Lawyers 4U, JD Sports group , GMG group and United Utilities.
