Les Middleton
Joint Head of MediaCom Accent
Les is a bit of a Mediacom “lifer” having joined the then
Media Business in 1985, from the client side at IPC Magazines his
background is very much retail looking after numerous multi-point
clients. He is very approachable and has an eye for detail, setting
up a specialist regional media team in 1990, later to become Mediacom
Accent. Formerly Regional Press Club Chairman and currently sitting
on the board of JICREG.

Sanjay Shabi
Director of CultureCom
Sanjay joined MediaCom in January 2009 as an Associate
Director and soon rose to Director in The Press Unit. His background
is Press Implementational Planning and Buying looking after a variety
of clients. He also has the additional role of heading up CultureCom
which is the Agency's ethnic media and targeting division.

Pauline Robson
Director of Real World Insight
Pauline started her media career in 2000 and has been a consumer insight specialist ever since. She joined MediaCom as an Associate Director in January 2007 and set about building up the agency's quantitative research offering. She now heads up the Real World Insight team and is responsible for making sure the agency thinks about how consumers think, feel and behave in the real world, and for delivering top quality, actionable research to our clients.
