MediaCom Career Win the University of London International Programmes Course Marketing Account

In a blow to the newly active Chairman and Chief Executive of ITV, the Competition
Commission have this morning definitively ruled that the CRR remedy, (which allows buyers
of advertising airtime to renew their existing contracts with ITV, with investment adjusted to
reflect the change in ITV1’s audience share), will be maintained for the foreseeable future.
The only concession that the Commission has made to ITV’s extensive lobbying is an
amendment to include viewers delivered by the ITV1+1 and ITV1HD channels.

The University of London International Programmes, have awarded MediaCom Career their global course marketing account.

In addition to winning the media planning, buying, tracking, social media and SEO elements, MediaCom Create, MediaCom’s creative division, has also been awarded the University of London International Programmes creative work, further adding to MediaCom Create’s growing portfolio of creative work, including EA Games, IKEA and the Metropolitan Police.

The account will be overseen by Sinead Bunting, Director in MediaCom Career, with creative responsibility led by Tom Curtis, Head of Create.

Aki Mandhar, Managing Director of MediaCom Career says of the win:

“We are extremely delighted to be working alongside such a prestigious and progressive institution; especially one where our cultures of innovation and ROI are so perfectly matched. The mission to provide worldwide access to internationally renowned programmes of the University of London and its colleges is one we were incredibly excited and proud of being involved in”.
